This Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training will not only teach you how to instruct and intuitive Yoga Class.  Melissa and I take our 40+ years of combined experience and show you everything we know – and how to be an authentic, creative, channel of healing for yourself and others.

This is also an incredible experience for anyone wanting to go deeper in their capacities as a human being, a yogi/ni, a healer, or a steward of the planet. We will explore the power of asana, meditation, sound, touch, and deepening our connection to the subtle body and realms inside the studio and out in nature.

The summer months lend themselves to ample opportunities for river excursions, and trips to local power spots where the land and waters speak loudly with their medicine. Be ready for magical adventures!

And the best part? It includes an all-inclusive 4-day yoga retreat at a location TBA.

Melissa and I are thrilled to bring you a Yoga Teacher Training that offers an approach to teaching yoga that supports the expression and skill of healers, lightworkers, and earth guardians. We bring you a training that teaches you to lead from the center of your heart, for the benefit of humanity and the planet.

Grounded in the science and teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, Alchemy, Tantra, and Sound, you will leave with tools to create classes and experiences that offer powerful medicine for yourself and your students.

Skills that you will hone throughout this 4-month training include:​

• Foundations of Teaching Yin, Restorative, Flow, and Hatha Yoga

• Therapeutic Assists

• Anatomy

• Postural Alignment

• Energetic Alignment and Sequencing

• Creating and holding sacred space

• Guided Visualizations

• Chanting and Mantras for Healing

• Integrating music into classes

This 200-hr RYT YTT is Yoga Alliance Certified training, and can be counted toward CEUs for Yoga Teachers and Bodyworkers.
