Join Andrea Spacek, RYT-500 and Transpersonal Guide, for a FREE Yoga for Awakening Masterclass.
Held on the first Sunday of each month at East Wind Yoga Auburn, these classes are offered support of the spiritual awakening of humanity.
This is a Tantra-based class, designed to fold you deeply into yourself to access your soul voice and multi-dimensional Self. Combining deep inquiry with breath, movement, visualization, and mantra, you discover more of who you are here to be, clearing what has been in the way.
Please bring your Yoga Mat, a journal and pen, and any other props that you'd like to have.
