About the event
Join Andrea Spacek, Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Therapist, for a playful workshop exploring the joy and freedom of flying and receiving tender loving care with Thai Massage and Partner Yoga.
No experience in either is needed, just a willingness to be stretched in all the ways, and to have FUN in community. Some flexibiility and the ability to sit on the floor and kneel are advantageous.Â
