Shakti is the creative force that moves through our bodies, and animates all of life. It lies dormant as Kundalini energy at the base of the spine until it is awakened.
In the darkness of winter, this creative fire can become quiet, while it gathers energy to rise up and express in the Spring.
Join Andrea Spacek, Yogini & Soul Coach, and Kayla Diana, Sound Alchemist, for an immersion with a group of amazing women to stoke the inner fire of passion, creativity, and self-expression through sacred movement, singing, drumming, cacao ceremony, and a fire ritual.
