Come together in community to experience RESONANCE through restorative yoga, vocal toning and song. Guided by Andrea Spacek, Transpersonal Coach & Melissa Moon, ELAN Facilitator.
Bring a yoga mat, bolster, and/or cushions to support a deeply restorative experience for your body, mind and soul. Â You will be guided through some restorative postures to open up the heart and throat chakras.
We will create a space for sharing our experience at the end. Â All genders and ages are welcome. Â No yoga experience is necessary, just an intention to open your heart and mind to an experience of connection. Â
