The Moon represents our ever-changing emotional tides, ebbs and flows of energy, and the unique frequency of each season, both in nature, and in our bodies and minds.  

Every New Moon brings the opportunity to reflect on what intentions were set moons ago, how they have been nurtured or forgotten, and what in your life is wanting to be watered or illuminated with your awareness now.

Honor the New Moon each month with Melissa Scharlach & Andrea Spacek and an amazing circle of women. We sing, we dance, we meditate, play drums, and share our stories in sisterhood.
