East Wind Yoga Teacher Training 2023

Lead Instructors, Scott Emerich (owner of East Wind Yoga studios and veteran Yoga Teacher) and Andrea Spacek, RYT-500 (long-time Yoga Teacher, Spiritual Coach, and Massage Therapist) are joining forces to offer you an out-of-the-box, super fun, and exciting 200-hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training.

200-HR YTT CONTENT

We will cover the following topics, and much more:

• Yoga Sutras and Philosophy - gain a strong foundation in the roots of yoga, from it's origins to the many branches, philosophies, and traditions that sprang out of it.
• Asanas – Learn the ins-and-outs of yoga asana, how to embody them fully, and how to guide students skillfully.
• Meditation, Mantras, Mudras - learn a variety of meditation techniques, mantras, and mudras to apply to yourself and students for stress-management, mindset training, and emotional processing.
• Pranayama - become skillfull at refining your breath and shaping your mind with breath, and teaching pranayama.
• Creative Sequencing - learn how to build creative and effective class sequences to inspire, uplift, and guide your students to harness their inner fire.
• Yoga as Therapy– use this training as a Laboratory for your own Self-Healing so that you can guide others to do the same.
• Powerful Communication – how to engage, inspire, and command your class.
• Mindset Training/ Subconscious Un-Programming – facing subconscious fears.  Work with your mind/fear/anxiety/confusion using breathing, asana, mantra, sound frequency, meditation
• Building Sangha/ Community - using your platform as a teacher to build spiritual community.
• Physical and Energetic Anatomy – learn how the physical and subtle body interface in each pose.
• Surprise adventures tba!
