Join Melissa Scharlach and Andrea Spacek for an Autumnal Equinox Goddess Gathering at the American River Confluence to celebrate this liminal time of year. Bring your hand drum (if you have one), a blanket, and your voice to share in song. Meet at East Wind Yoga Studio at 5pm to carpool.
Autumnal Equinox marks the first day of Autumn, and the turning of the outer light inward. Â It marks a time of slowing down for reflection of our inner landscape, to honor what is being released to make way for new seeds to take root. Â It is a time of deep listening as the veil between worlds thins. Â It is the season of the Mystic.
Join us in ceremonializing this powerful shift of seasons. Â As within, so without. As above, so below. Â
