Join Andrea Spacek, Jungian Life Coach and Yoga Teacher, in a Soulstice Experience of combining Deep Yin with a Guided Journey and Ceremony. This event will be offered both In-Person and via Zoom.
The Winter Solstice is a moment in the year where the hours of daylight and darkness are equal. It is a moment of honoring the value of the darkness, what you have outgrown, the lessons you have learned, and the return to light.
No experience is necessary. Extra yoga props are welcome, though mats and props are available at the space.
